What Happens Next?

Here's how our food pantry process works to get groceries to your family.

We'll Call You Soon

Within 24-48 hours: A SEAC volunteer will call you to schedule a convenient pickup time for your food box.

We'll discuss your family size, any dietary restrictions or preferences, and arrange a time that works for your schedule.

Your Food Box is Prepared

Our volunteers will prepare a customized food box based on your family's needs, including:

  • • Non-perishable staples (canned goods, pasta, rice, etc.)
  • • Fresh produce when available
  • • Protein items (canned meat, peanut butter, etc.)
  • • Household essentials (toiletries, cleaning supplies)
  • • Special items for children when available

Easy Pickup

Pickup at SEAC: Come to our location during your scheduled time. Our volunteers will help load your food box into your vehicle.

Pickup Schedule

Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
3rd Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Please arrive during your scheduled time slot

Assistance Frequency

Regular families: Once per month

Emergency situations: Additional assistance available

Holiday programs: Special distributions during Thanksgiving and Christmas
