About Our Organization
SEAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 73-1319139) established in 1980 to provide emergency assistance to qualifying families in Skiatook, Sperry, and Avant, Oklahoma. Our services are funded through thrift store revenue and donations.
Our mission is to support community members during times of crisis through emergency assistance, food pantry services, utility aid, and educational scholarships.
Use of Website
Permitted Use
You may use our website to:

Services and Programs
Assistance Programs
Our assistance programs are subject to eligibility requirements, funding availability, and board approval. We reserve the right to deny assistance requests that do not meet our criteria or when funds are not available.

- Required documentation must be provided
- Utility bills must be in applicant's name
Volunteer Program
Volunteer opportunities are subject to availability and our organizational needs. We maintain a maximum of 8 hours per week per volunteer to prevent burnout. Background checks may be required for certain positions.
Thrift Store and Auctions
Thrift store sales and Facebook auctions are subject to our established rules and policies. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel transactions that violate our policies.
Donations
Financial Donations
All donations are processed through secure third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe). Donations are generally non-refundable unless made in error. Tax receipts are available upon request for tax-deductible donations.
Item Donations
Item donations must be made during business hours or by appointment. We reserve the right to refuse donations that are not suitable for our purposes.

Do not leave donations after hours. Items left outside are subject to theft and weather damage. This constitutes illegal dumping and may result in legal action.
User-Generated Content
When you submit information through our forms, participate in auctions, or communicate with us, you grant SEAC the right to use this information for organizational purposes, including but not limited to processing assistance requests, coordinating services, and improving our programs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. False or misleading information may result in denial of services and potential legal action.
