What Happens Next?
Here's what you can expect during our scholarship review and selection process.
Application Confirmation
Within 24 hours: You'll receive a confirmation email with your application reference number and next steps.
If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at (918) 396-1137.
Submit Required Documents
Complete your application by submitting these required documents before the deadline:
- • Official transcripts from your school
- • Letter of acceptance (if not yet enrolled)
- • Financial aid documentation (FAFSA, etc.)
- • Two letters of recommendation
- • Personal statement or essay (500-1000 words)

Board Review Process
Our volunteer board of directors will carefully review all complete applications based on:
- • Academic achievement and potential
- • Demonstrated financial need
- • Community involvement and service
- • Educational goals and career plans
- • Letters of recommendation
Award Notification
Award decisions are announced according to our semester schedule:
- • Spring Semester: Announced January 15th
- • Summer Programs: Announced May 1st
- • Fall Semester: Announced August 1st
All applicants will be notified by email whether they've been selected or not. Scholarship funds are sent directly to the educational institution.

Remember: Your application is not complete until all required documents are received by the deadline. Late or incomplete applications cannot be considered for the current award cycle.
